Archenland, Demeter symbol holder 379, is a
testament to Biodynamics. It's set at the edge of the Golden Valley near the Black Mountains, on the borders of
Wales, the soil is heavy clay, full of nutrients but difficult to work, the biodynamic preparations, combined with
as much compost as we can make and composted cow manure from biodynamic farmer friends, have improved it
enormously. The garden is 1/4 of an acre, a quarter of which is vegetable beds.
